Your current characters from V4 will need to be converted to the new system V5.
You will be unable to play as your character at an event unless the character has been converted to the new system.
Character conversions cannot be done at an event,

As we are allowed a set amount of characters at a time. how would someone go about adding a second PC to their list? as multiple accounts cannot be added to a single E-mail. is there a way to duplicate the Character sheet tab for extra player characters?

So the answer:

Sadly due to forum restrictions its a single character to each account.

but fear not The Lovely Management can create shadow accounts just for your secondary characters
