You will be unable to play as your character at an event unless the character has been converted to the new system.
Character conversions cannot be done at an event,

Our weekly games club is every Friday evening.
Many tabletop games including Zombicide, Descent and many more.
Roleplay games including DnD, Pathfinder and Shadowlands RPG.
